WE'RE PASSIONATE ABOUT LOCAL PRODUCE


We are passionate about providing food and drink with fantastic service, but just as important to us is the use of local suppliers. We aim to source all our produce from a 30- mile radius of the property and our Head Chef champions finding and developing relationships with local farms, butchers and bakers, so that the individual and personal flair that goes into our wine making is reflected across the food we offer too.
